What I collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plainly, with no catch. Your information stays between us.
In short: I only collect what you send me to answer your enquiry, I do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Cihan Toprakci, sole trader based in Annemasse. For any question about your data: ctoprakci74@gmail.com.
Only what you send me of your own accord, mainly through the quote request form: your name, your email address, and depending on the case your phone number, your company name, your activity, your country and the message describing your project. If you contact me by email, by phone or on social media, I also have access to the information you share on that occasion.
I do not use any advertising or profiling tools. No data is collected without your knowledge to track you from one site to another.
For one reason only: to reply to you and prepare your quote or your project. The legal basis is your enquiry itself (pre-contractual measures) and your consent when you write to me.
Me, and no one else on the human side. To run the form and the site, two technical providers process the data on my behalf:
As these providers are based in the USA, your data may be processed there, within the framework set out by their contractual safeguards. I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
For as long as is needed to handle your enquiry, then to follow up on our relationship. Where nothing comes of it, your contact data is kept for a maximum of three years after our last contact, then deleted. If we work together, the related documents (quotes, invoices) are kept for the period required by law, notably ten years for accounting records. You can ask for their deletion before that period.

If analytics is added later, this section will be updated and your consent will be obtained beforehand.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to me at ctoprakci74@gmail.com, and I will reply to you in person.
If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at cnil.fr.
